Yes. At ZelmarencrownInn, our pizza dough is prepared by hand every morning in our Ontario kitchen. We do not use pre-made or frozen dough bases at any point in our preparation process.
Do you accommodate dietary requirements or ingredient substitutions?
We do our best to accommodate reasonable requests. If you have a specific dietary need or want to modify a topping combination on a pizza, please let your server know when ordering and the kitchen team will advise on what is possible.
